DIRECT TO BANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS



  1. The service covers IPCVI’s Direct To Bank Service. IPCVI is governed by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) Remittance receiver agrees to comply including full disclosure and sharing of personal information required to process and perform KYC in behalf of IPCVI. Customer warrant that all personal information as well as the other required information provided, including proof of personal identification are true and correct. IPCVI reserves its right to refuse approval of the services if it did not pass the KYC required.
  2. MTCN Holder or receiver of Western Union cash remittance understands the importance of the MTCN and all pertinent details of receiving the amount. These details will be used to process your request and holds IPCVI free from any liability for the release of your remittance money who presented the MTCN and details within which turned out to scam or fraud.
  3. MTCN Holder or receiver of Western Union cash remittance understands and agrees that a certain fee will be charge or can be deducted to the PRINCIPAL AMOUNT to be received as payment for the Direct To Bank transfer fee.
  4. IPCVI reserves its right to refuse and not to process the request of the MTCN Holder without prior advise or notice if IPCVI deem that the receiver is a fraud and suspicious or whenever IPCVI deems it necessary in compliance with AMLA.
  5. Any dispute or any court action arising from this term and conditions shall be brought in the proper court of Makati City to the exclusion of all other courts.
  6. Western Union Remittance MTCN holder or receiver warrant that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into this contract at the time of the transaction.
  7. By submission of your request to credit to your account, he/she warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the full terms and conditions of IPCVI.

  1. IPCVI understand and is complaint to Data Privacy Act of 2012 by National Privacy Commission. Our policy follows the Act, its Implementing Rules and other issuances of NPC as well as the other laws of the Philippines.
